Magistrate/Secretary to Government, Labor and Employment Department today led a gathering to survey arrangements for Boiler Operation Engineers (BOE) Examination and Training as gave under Boilers Act, 1923.The gathering was gone to by Labor Commissioner, Chief Inspector of Boiler (Chief Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Department, Jammu), Additional Secretary, Labor and Employment Department, Deputy Labor Commissioner, Senior Law Officer, L&E and Inspector of Factories, Jammu.It was consistently chosen to comprise a leading body of assessment according to the Boiler's Act in the Union Territory of J&K to direct Boiler Operation Engineer and Boiler Attendant Examination. Furthermore, it was likewise chosen to present an arrangement for self-affirmation/outsider accreditation for boilers under BRAP-2019 for guaranteeing wellbeing and security of the administrators and others.Meanwhile, the Secretary pondered on the arrangements of Boiler Act, 1923, requirement for disentanglement and alteration, assuming any, including that any inclusion, erasure, required can be consolidated under Section 96 of the J&K Reorganization Act, 2019.
